Before your appointment
A quick checklist so the visit goes smoothly.
- Have a valid, unexpired photo ID for every signer.
- Don’t sign the document yet. I have to witness the signature.
- Have all pages and any required witnesses present.
- For bedside visits, let me know the facility and room, and any check-in steps.
