What’s included and what it costs
You pay the per-seal fee ($10, the Virginia legal max) plus one flat travel fee by zone, starting at $85 in Alexandria and Arlington. That fee covers the visit, up to 45 minutes on site, up to 3 signers, and up to 5 seals. Extra seals are $10 each.

What do I need to bring?
A valid, unexpired photo ID for every signer. Don’t sign ahead of time. I have to witness it.
Can you notarize for more than one person?
Yes, up to 3 signers are included in the travel fee. More than that, just let me know.
How late do you work?
Evenings, weekends, and true emergencies. After-hours and weekend visits have a small premium, all listed on the pricing page.
