Can a notary complete an I-9?
Yes, a notary can act as an authorized representative for I-9 verification. I complete it in that role, not as a notarial act.
Do you cover multiple employees?
Yes. If you’re hiring a batch, the per-person rate drops at 3 or more.
What does my new hire need to bring?
The original documents that establish identity and work authorization. I’ll send the acceptable-documents list when we set the time.
