Bedside & Estate Signings
When a parent or loved one needs documents signed at a hospital, nursing facility, or home, I come to the bedside and handle it with care.
Here’s everything I currently offer, with plain-language descriptions and clear pricing. Tap any service to see how it works and what it costs. If you’re not sure which one you need, book a time and tell me what you’re signing. I’ll point you the right way.

Sign and notarize over secure video, no in-person visit needed. Great when you're out of state, homebound, or just short on time.
Sending documents to another country? I notarize, handle the courier to Richmond, and route the apostille so it's accepted overseas.
Hiring someone remote? I act as your authorized representative to verify I-9 documents in person, so onboarding stays compliant.
Don’t see what you need? Send me a message and I’ll tell you straight whether I can help.
Most weekday bookings can be filled within a few hours. Same-day urgent visits are available with a small premium.
A valid government-issued photo ID for every signer, and the unsigned document. I’ll bring the rest.
I’m based in Alexandria and travel about 30 miles across Northern Virginia, DC, and the near Maryland suburbs. Remote online notarization is available anywhere Virginia allows it.
